Francesca Ciantar

Francesca is a solicitor with 12 years experience practicing across the NSW, Victorian and NT jurisdictions.

Francesca began her career in the civil litigation division at NSW Legal Aid, before taking a position at the North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency (NAAJA) in 2013. She moved to Victoria in 2015, establishing her own practice in 2016.

Francesca appears in the Albury Local Court and Wodonga, Wangaratta and Benalla Magistrate's Courts, as well as the Melbourne Children's Court and the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Francesca practices across family law, criminal law, intervention order matters, Apprehended Violence Order matters and child protection / care and protection matters.

Francesca has been appointed to the Victoria Legal Aid child protection, intervention order, summary crime, youth crime and duty lawyer panels, and the NSW Legal Aid care and protection and summary crime panels.

Sophie Greiner (BA/LLB) is a locally born and raised solicitor with a particular interest in criminal law.

Sophie appears in  the Albury Local Court, the Wodonga, Wangaratta and Benalla Magistrate's Court and the Melbourne Children's Court, practicing in criminal law, child protection, care and protection and intervention order matters.

Sophie has been appointed to the Victoria Legal Aid child protection, intervention order and duty lawyer panels.
